Welcome to Vistaweg Foundation. This platform connects compassionate donors with underpriviledge, meritorious students in India, helping them raise funds for educational purposes only.
By using this website, you agree to follow these Terms and Use.
Who can use the platform
- Student must be in India and use the platform only to raise funds for education.
- Donors may be from India or abroad. All donations must go through our secure payment systems
- Razorpay for Indian donations
- Stripe for international donations
- You must be 18 years or older to register. If the student is monot, their parents can register.
Account & Conduct
- User must provide true and accurate information.
- You're responsible for your own account activity. Keep your password safe.
- Admins have the right to remove accounts if they are used inappropriately or dishonestly.
Purpose of the Platform
- The platform is strictly for educational support.
- No medical, business, or personal fundraising is allowed.
- Donors may choose to be public or anonymous, but admins will always see full details for verification.
Payment and Fees
- Donations are collected sucurely via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (International).
- Donors may be eligible for tax-free benefits in India (subject to current laws)
- All Payments are final. Refunds or chargebacks are not supported unless legally required.
Misuse and Removal
- Using the platform for any non-educational or dishonest purpose is prohibited.
- Users who misuse the platform may be banned and reported if necessary.

What Information We Collect
We collect personal details to run the platform smoothly and safely
For Student
- Full name, contact details, and educational background
- Reason for funding, document (like student ID), and optional photo/video
- You can choose to stay anonymous to the public (hide name and photo)
For Donor
- Name, email, and payment details
- You may choose to stay anonymous to the public, but your details are still seen by our admin team for recordkeeping and security
We also collect technical info like browser type or time of visit (this doen't identify you personally).
Why We Collect This Info
We use your data to:
- Approve and show student profiles to donors (while protecting privacy)
- Make safe, transparent donations
- Send confirmation, receipts, and thank-you messages
- Keep everything secure and legal
- Improve how the platfrom works
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Ever.
Anonymity and Safety
- You (donor or student) can choose to appear anonymous to the public.
- But the Vistaweg admin team will always be able to see full details.
- All student documents are stored securely.
- Donations go through Razorpay, a trusted and secure Indian payment gateway.
When We Share Your Info
We only share your data with:
- Trusted services like Razorpay to process payments
- Government or legal authorities only if required by law
- Internal team members to run the platform securely
We do not share personal details with outside marketers or buisnesses.
Your Control - Update or Delete Anytime
You can:-
- Edit your profile anytime, but not before you close the currently running donation campaign.
- Delete your account when you no longer want to use the platform.
